• Authors need to register and make payment by 31 May, 2025, in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings. There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors.
• Non-Authors - No refund after 31 May, 2025. If on/before 31 May, 2025, a refund of 70% of the payment applies.

• Each student/regular registration covers ONE paper presentation only.
• An additional accepted paper by the same authors can be registered at an extra fee (USD100 or RMB700 per paper) up to a maximum of 1 extra paper.
• Student registration requires proof of enrolment in a full-time program.
